Integrated Shrimp Cooking Line Delivered in Vietnam

CTI Process is proud to announce the successful delivery of a complete shrimp cooking line – combining IQC Continuous Steam Cooking and IQF Tunnel Freezing – for Au Vung Seafood in Vietnam. This project showcases how Danish engineering, when combined with a strong local partner, can elevate high‑volume shrimp processing to new levels of quality, consistency and efficiency.

Au Vung Seafood has been producing high‑quality shrimp products since 2005. Their offices and factories are located in Gia Rai town, Bac Lieu province, Vietnam – a key center of shrimp farming and aquaculture. 

 From this strategic location, Au Vung can efficiently source raw material shrimp and distribute finished products via both land and river routes.

With two factories and a total capacity of up to 100 metric tons of raw shrimp per day, Au Vung is built for scale. They combine:
